At MIIYA, we’re dedicated to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. This page explains everything you need to know about our shipping times, delivery options, and easy return process so you can shop with total confidence.

Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get another notification once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship across the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your selected shipping method:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International Delivery: 5–10 business days (location dependent)

Free UK shipping on all orders over £50.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it’s arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your MIIYA pieces but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns simple. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from makeup, tan, fragrance or marks
  • Have all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return
  • Email us at  with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Repack your item securely and send it back to us.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges
